Australia's Newest and Most Complete Safety Event is Here

6 Jan 2015

The ultimate safety event is coming to Melbourne on 26-29 May this year, featuring a world-class exhibition and conference all under one roof.

The inaugural Safety First conference and exhibition will be co-located alongside National Manufacturing Week and Austech, Australia’s largest and longest standing Manufacturing show as well as the SMART Supply Chain and Logistics Conference and Expo. Together the three shows are expected to attract over 13,000 visitors over the four days and host a number of educational workshops and conference sessions.

A one-stop-shop for all safety professionals, the event will feature a dedicated exhibition showcasing the latest technologies, products and services to improve safety standards and compliance and reduce safety expenditure, as well as an industry-leading conference that delivers essential information on protecting both your business and staff from safety risks.
For those looking to set up one-to-one meetings with exhibiting companies, this can be done easily online using the event’s complete online planning tool, My Event Planner which visitors can access from

This planning tool allows visitors to the exhibition to send a meeting request to exhibitors directly and book meetings at the exhibition.

The tool can be accessed at any time online where visitors can manage their meetings as well as their personalised planning list and event calendar.

The conference, presented by industry leaders, will consist of a mixture of workshops, sign up sessions and free drop in sessions covering safety best practice, upcoming legislation changes, risk and liability and practical solutions.
